Born in a print shop
Badge Sherpa is built by print professionals who have produced event materials for over three decades. We have seen every way a badge project can go sideways — late lists, broken spreadsheets, missing logos, 3 a.m. panics before the doors open.
So we built a route anyone can walk: you bring the list and the look, we carry the rest. Production runs from Nashville for the US market and from Helsinki for European orders.

Order — or self-print
Order finished printed badges with lanyards, or download a print-ready PDF — including layouts for perforated Avery sheets.
We carry the rest
Print orders are produced to professional standards and shipped to your event. List changes are possible until the final stretch.
What you can count on
Sealed proofs
Every order's print file is sealed at confirmation with a checksum. What gets printed is provably what was ordered — from your list, character by character.
Strict data protection
Attendee contact details and images are encrypted at rest, and identifiable data is wiped under human control shortly after your event.
